Housing ProgramDelta Zeta's chapter houses and gathering places symbolize a feeling of intimacy ... a cherished feature of the sorority experience. We are committed to providing our members with safe, comfortable and attractive housing which provides a home away from home - a place where friendships and memories are made for a lifetime and lives are enriched.
What is the Housing Program?
Housing needs for Delta Zeta chapters vary from campus to campus and depend largely on the accepted norm for any college community. Whether it is a classroom, a suite, a Panhellenic building, dorm floor or chapter house, each Delta Zeta chapter shall have a safe, secure and well maintained facility to be competitive and successful at each campus location.
Our Commitment to You
Our members' safety and security is our priority. In addition, we provide members with a home that supports their college experience - from achieving academic goals to cultivating friendships to nurturing their dreams for the future. We are committed to enriching their lives by providing a haven that allows them to succeed.
New construction, management and support, property renovation, interior design, leasehold improvements and repairs, local and state code compliance, financial assistance and assurance of safety in Delta Zeta homes are all conditions that affect the housing that we provide to our members today. The national organization fulfills its commitment to all chapters by providing a network of financial, professional and staff resources through the National House Corporation, which manages all aspects related to housing for a given chapter, or the Local House Corporation.
All of these contribute to a happy and healthy home for Delta Zeta members.
